To enhance efficiency and maintain the highest standards of service, the Tuvalu Gaming Authority (TGA) has formally appointed Gaming Licensing as its sole authorized representative. This appointment entrusts Tuvalu Gaming Licensing with the responsibility of managing all applicant-facing operations, including communication, onboarding, license applications, and renewal procedures.

This strategic partnership allows the Authority to remain focused on its core mandate—ensuring robust regulatory oversight, policy development, and enforcement—while delivering a seamless and professional experience for license applicants and industry stakeholders.

All inquiries, submissions, and correspondence related to online gaming licenses in Tuvalu must be directed exclusively through Gaming Licensing. This centralized approach ensures clarity, consistency, and an efficient process from initial contact through to final approval.

Licensing Process

The licensing process at the Tuvalu Gaming Authority is designed to be straightforward and efficient, with a focus on efficiency, professional and friendly.

The process contains two main processes:

  1. Eligibility Assessment: We assess whether operators meet the regulatory criteria for online gaming businesses, including financial stability, legal compliance, and ethical standards.
  2. Application Submission: Operators must submit a comprehensive set of documents outlining their business model, financial structure, and plans for implementing responsible gaming practices.

Review and Approval: After reviewing the application and verifying the information, we issue a gaming license to compliant operators, allowing them to operate internationally while adhering to the regulatory requirements of TGA.
